Polote History
The Polote Corporation was started in 1970, home based in Savannah, GA. The Polote Corporation is a full service, State of Georgia Licensed General Contractor currently celebrating 41 continuous years as a Construction Industry service provider. In the earlier years The Polote Corporation was known as a residential builder throughout the Southeast. Changes in the construction market during the early part of the 1980’s prompted The Polote Corporation to expand its target demographic and become a commercial construction company.
The Polote Corporation gained vast experience as a commercial contractor being awarded projects from the Army Corps of Engineers, Coors Brewing Company, Ford Motor Company, AT&T, Anheuser Busch and many other municipalities along the East coast. During the 90’s The Polote Corporation saw yet another opportunity to expand and grow its construction resume completing both Program Management and Construction Management at Risk projects in the State of Georgia. Fast forward to 2013, The Polote Corporation continues to expand its resume completing Construction Management at Risk, school specific projects for both Chatham and Bibb Counties.
