The Polote Corporation is a State of Georgia licensed general contractor. General contracting will remain as our primary function.
Throughout the years we have gained experience as a Program and Construction Manager “diversified”.
These services are based upon fees, in doing so we have minimized risk, provided a needed service for the client and maintained the direction of the construction trend to procure projects using a professional services provider.
Polote has also diversified into a few key niche markets to add additional fortification to the companies Foundation. These markets strengthen the companies core and provide additional market reach.
It is our experience licenses, and certifications that make us an added value to our clients and strategic partners. As we continue to expand our experience it is our desire to pursue larger commercial projects, particularly justice facilities, heathcare and education, all of which we have past experience.
