Godley Station K-8

The Polote Corporation served as a teamed Construction Manager @ Risk with Gilbane for the construction of the Godley Station School located in Savannah, Georgia. Serving kindergarten through 8th grades, Godley Station School was built to serve 700-plus students. The new school features 74 classrooms, 2 Pre-K classrooms with a dedicated playground, 2 music classrooms, 2 art classrooms, a full size gymnasium, cafeteria with a stage for productions and assemblies, a state-of-the-art media room, up to date technology and updated security and surveillance cameras.

Oglethorpe Academy Charter

The Polote Corporation and Turner Construction teamed to serve as Construction Manager @ Risk  for the construction of the Oglethorpe Academy located in Savannah, Georgia. Serving 6th through 8th grades, Oglethorpe was built to serve 600-plus students located in south Chatham County on a 15.29 arce site. 

 

The school consist of classrooms, science labs, technology labs, art and music rooms, gymnasium, media center, administrative spaces, cafeteria, stage, kitchen, out door playground and other building support systems.
